Exchange Policy (7 Days)
- Customers can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Exchange is applicable in the following cases:
- Wrong item delivered
- Size issue
- Damaged or defective product
Conditions for Exchange:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Refund Policy (7 Days)
- Customers can request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds are applicable if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- Wrong item was delivered
- Product is not as described
Refund Process:
- After approval, the product must be returned to us.
- Once received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via:
- Bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa (as agreed)
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or washed products
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Products damaged by customer misuse
