Exchange Policy (7 Days)

  • Customers can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Exchange is applicable in the following cases:
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Size issue
  • Damaged or defective product

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Refund Policy (7 Days)

  • Customers can request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are applicable if:
  • The product is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Product is not as described

Refund Process:

  • After approval, the product must be returned to us.
  • Once received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via:
  • Bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa (as agreed)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed products
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Products damaged by customer misuse
